Not your typical club

SSA isn’t a public range or open-access organisation. We’re a private, invite-only association built on trust, safety, and shared standards.

How it works

Patronage is offered by invitation from existing Patrons or following participation in approved SSA training programmes. Every Patron upholds our code of conduct and safety principles.

Shooting demands discipline and accountability. By keeping SSA tight-knit and selective, we protect the integrity of our sport and the safety of everyone involved.

Archery

Archery has deep roots in Sikh history - a skill taught by the Sikh Gurus as part of discipline and focus training. At SSA, archery develops precision, patience, and calm control. We train to master techniques safely and progressively, linking modern practice to the warrior tradition where focus of the mind was as vital as aim of the bow.
