Step-by-step instructions to lead an SSA event:

  • Pick a date and type of event

  • Secure the venue/location

  • Get a team to support/lead with you

  • Add the event on to Rangemate

  • Promote it to SSA-General

How to book venues for an SSA Event:

  • Cadets: Speak to Aman / Sukhdeep

  • AC Sporting: Call them and book for £25 per hour

  • Southall Scouts Centre: £200 per half day, booked via email (ask for access or Gursimran can do it)

  • GNSA: Speak to Arjan Rai

  • Other: feel free to book any other place yourself
